For over sixty years the employees of Virtual One have remained committed to providing you with a level of personal service that exceeds your expectations. We thank you for your feedback and the pat on the back that let’s us know we are doing a great job. Although we’ve grown tremendously over the past couple of years, we remain the same Credit Union with our roots deeply centered in providing you with the best banking experience possible.
Our investments in upgrading our technology over the years have allowed us to offer you convenient, flexible and real time transaction access to your accounts. You can access your account information and perform various transactions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by accessing your account online or through our telephone banking system. Our website will be receiving a makeover over the next few months and we are very excited about the changes that we will be bringing to you. In our efforts to do our part to Help Save the Environment, our products and services brochure is now available online. Although you can receive a paper copy anytime by visiting any one our branches we encourage you to obtain as much information as possible from our website.
Although we understand the Virtual world provides
you with immense benefits such as convenience and
flexibility we continue to remain committed in providing
you with the access to your account that you are
most comfortable with. The employees at our six
branch locations in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton
and Guelph come to work each day excited and eager
to make a difference. Whether one of life’s
many adventures means you’re purchasing a
brand new car, setting up an RESP for your first
grandchild or perhaps planning a much deserved retirement
vacation around the world, we are excited about
the possibility of planning this adventure with
you.
We want to remind you that your Credit Union has
