Ted grew up in the High Park area of Toronto and completed his Honors B.A from York University. He started out in the Trust industry in 1977 and has seen it all.

With 31 years of Canadian Mortgage experience and having managed over $1.7 billion in Commercial Mortgages for a large financial institution, he has the expertise to ensure your commercial real estate investment needs are met.

Ted's expertise has led him to serve as an instructor for various industry Commercial Mortgage Underwriting and Appraisal Review Courses. He continues to participate in the Commercial Mortgage industry as a member of the Commercial Mortgage Review Committee of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (IMBA).
