What Membership Means

Virtual One does not have customers.  We have members.  Unlike the big banks, when you join your Credit Union you instantly become a member and not a number.

The share capital requirement for each adult members means you have a voice in how your Credit Union is run.  You also gain voting privileges at our Annual meeting and help elect your Board of Directors. 

We understand that you are a real person with a real voice and encourage all our membership to participate in the democratic process and provide feedback.
